Tofu Feta Recipe
Serving Size: 1 | Prep Time: 10 mins | Ready in 10 mins

INGREDIENTS
8 Ounces extra-firm tofu | 3 Tbsps lemon juice | 2 Tbsps extra-virgin olive oil | 1/4 tspn salt | 1/4 tspn oregano
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 – Slice the tofu into 4 slabs, crosswise. Blot between layers of paper towels until you get out as much moisture as you can.
Step 2 – Cut the tofu slabs into 1/2 inch cubes. Place cubed tofu in a single layer in a container.
Step 3 – Toss with the lemon juice and oil; sprinkle with the salt and oregano. Let stand for 30 minutes, then use as you wish.
