Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 1 chopped green chili
• 1 tbsp chopped onions
• 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes
• 2 tbsp chopped spinach
• 1 pinch Salt or to taste
• 1-2 pinch Chili flacks or to taste
• 1-2 pinch pepper or to taste
• 1 tsp butter/ oil
•
• Optional fillings such as cheese, chopped vegetables, or cooked meat
Instructions:
1. Crack the eggs into a small bowl and whisk them together with a fork.
2. Add vegetables, salt and pepper to taste.
3. Melt the butter in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
4. Once the butter is melted and the pan is hot, pour the eggs into the pan.
5. Let the eggs cook undisturbed for 30 seconds to a minute, until the bottom is set but the top is still slightly runny.
6. Change side of egg using spatula
7. Cook for another 30 seconds to a minute, until the eggs are fully set
8. Use the spatula to carefully slide the omelette onto a plate.
9. Serve hot and enjoy!
Note: You can adjust the recipe to your liking by adding more or fewer eggs, or by experimenting with different fillings such as herbs, spices, or sauces.
