These Lemon and Ginger Health Shots really are delicious, even if a little sharp to taste. They are also super simple and quick to make.

Recipe Below:
🔸135g Ginger Root (no need to peel, but would recommend washing in distilled vinegar first)
🔸 Juice of 5 Lemons
🔸500ml Cold Water
🔸Half a teaspoon of Ground Tumeric
🔸Half a teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
🔸A Good Grind of Black Pepper

Simply pop it all into a blender and blitz well. Then strain and divide into your chosen bottles.

Don’t waste the pulp! This can be frozen in ice cube trays and used in future recipes. My personal favourites are in Asian inspired meals, like marinated salmon (with soy sauce and honey, chilli and garlic added), stir fry sauces and curries.
