Avocado Toast Ingredients
Makes 1 toast
YOU WILL NEED
1 slice of bread, toasted
1 ripe medium avocado
Small squeeze fresh lemon juice
1 hard-boiled egg
Black Pepper and Salt to taste
Drizzle extra-virgin olive oil
Salt, to taste
DIRECTIONS
Use a fork to smash the avocado down onto the toasted bread slice. Scatter a small squeeze of lemon juice over the avocado.
Slice the hard-boiled egg, and place them on top of the smashed avocado.
Finish by sprinkling a little pepper, salt on top of the egg. I like lemon pepper.
