I’ve made this recipe over and over again and I can tell you it’s never disappointed
It’s so easy to make only 10 minutes to prep, about 45 minutes to bake and the best part is you don’t need a mixer 🥣
Ingredients ~
3 ripe banana
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 almond milk
1/2 cup organic coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups baking flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp pink salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup 70% dark chocolate
Method ~
Preheat the oven to 180°
In a large bowl mash the bananas until completely smooth using a fork or a potato masher.
Add all wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients and add it to the banana mixture. Mix all together.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Cool completely before cutting the bread.
** you can make the bread gluten free by changing the plain flour to oat flour.
You can replace 1/2 cup of chocolate with more walnuts.
Change the brown sugar to 1/3 cup agave to reduce sugar **
