Veggie Chicken Soup:
– 10 cups of water (more water more broth)
– Half lbs of chicken (or of choice)
– 1 cup of each veggies of choice (broccoli, celery, carrots, zucchini, potatoes, spinach)
– Half onion
– 1 tomato
– 1 garlic clove
– 2 table spoons of chicken broth powder ( i love knorr suiza as shown)
– Half table spoon of the “secret herbs” which are a mix of rosemary, thyme, oregano.

(For babies that don’t have teeth yet you can blend the food for them, which is what i did for my kids and you can even blend the chicken in there for protein)

Chicken Tenders:
– 1 lbs chicken tenders
– 1 egg
– 1 table spoon Goya
– 1/2 table spoon of knorr suiza
– Breadcrumbs

Rice:
– 1 table soon olive oil
– 1 cup of jasmine rice
– Quarter of a tomato
– 1 garlic clove
– Small piece of onion
– 1 teaspoon of water to blend the last 3 ingredients
– Once the rice looks cooked poor in 1 1/5 cups of water.
– 1 tablespoon of knorr suiza
– Mix frequently. After 5 min turn the fire on low heat and put the top on and let it cook itself for 3-5 min. Then turn off the heat. Do NOT open the lid. Let the rice finish cooking with the heat and steam. Open and serve after about 10min
