Hello and welcome! In this video, I’ll show you how to make a low-carb cauliflower pizza crust with vegan cheese at home without spending a lot of money.

First, we’ll need the following ingredients:
1 medium-sized cauliflower head, finely chopped
1 egg
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon of minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup of fresh tomato sauce
1/2 cup of shredded vegan cheese
Vegetable oil for greasing
To make the crust, we’ll start by mixing the chopped cauliflower in a large bowl with the egg, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried thyme, paprika, and a pinch of salt, until the mixture is smooth.
We’ll then spread the mixture evenly in a circular shape on a greased parchment paper and ensure that it is of the same thickness everywhere. We’ll place the crust in the oven at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes until it becomes golden and firm.
Next, we’ll take the crust out of the oven and spread the fresh tomato sauce evenly over it. Then we’ll sprinkle the shredded vegan cheese on top of the sauce.
We’ll place the pizza back in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until the vegan cheese melts and the crust becomes crispy.
