1. Peel the salmon fillet from the skin and cut into pieces.
2. Cut the onion into rings, pepper and potatoes into slices.
3. For marinade, combine white wine, juice of half a lemon, sage, cumin, salt and pepper mixture in a deep bowl. Put the fish and onion in the marinade, mix and leave in a cool place for 1-2 hours to marinate.
4. Boil the potatoes until almost cooked and transfer to a baking dish. Season.
5. Thread onion rings, salmon pieces and pepper squares alternately onto skewers. Place on opposite side. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake in an oven preheated to 180С for 15 minutes.
