1/2 banana- 58.6cal (instead of banana can use apple)
2 dates- 50.7cal
3 soaked almonds- 23.5cal
20g protein powder- 37
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder- 15cal
1.5 tsp peanut butter- 47.5cal
Greek yogurt 1pack small (90g)- 58cal (I’ve used epigamia greek yogurt)
1/2 scoop whey protein- 60.6cal
1/4 tsp chia seeds- 3.9cal
1/4 cup water
Ice optional

total calories – 347
protein -25.5g
fats – 11.8g
carbs – 38g
fiber – 5.8g

Note: instead of Greek yogurt you can use plain curd or low fat curd or water.
