– 1 inch slice of pineapple
– 1 mandarin
– 1 tsp blue spirulina from The Reserve (link above)
– 1/4 cup oats
– 1 tbsp flax seeds
– 1/3 cup water

– cook pasta according to package

– for the sauce:
(1) slice 10 mushrooms and add them to a pan with olive oil,
(2) once the mushrooms have reduced in size, add a can of drained/rinsed red kidney beans, cook for 2 minutes.
(3) add the contents of one jar of marinara tomato sauce and stir in
(4) add the following spices: 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika, 2 bay leaves
(5) cook for another 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure you are not burning the bottom of the pan
