In this episode, I make batter with gluten supported flour. The batter is then used to coat marinated prawns and crabs.

ingredients:
1 cup of oat flour
1 cup of gluten
1/2 cup of milk
Baking powder
Egg
Salt
Pepper
Large prawns and cleaned crabs
Spices to marinate prawns and crabs

Methods
Make batter by mixing oat flour, gluten, salt, baking powder and pepper in a bowl
Crack in egg and add milk and mix well.
Allow to stand for 30 minutes
Marinate prawns and crabs with spices of your choice
Drop prawns in the batter and fry in hot oil
Reduce heat and let it fry for 2 minutes
Serve with pepper sauce dip and salads
