Today we are preparing lapatki of a young ram in a garlic-rosemary marinade.
Ingredients:
⁃ lamb shoulder blades;
⁃ Rosemary;
⁃ Garlic;
⁃ Lemon;
⁃ Vegetable oil.
Marinate the meat for 3 to 8 hours, grill and bake in foil for 3 hours at t 320° F.
