Salmon Rice Bowl with Fresh Kale. Easy Recipe. Healthy Recipe.

Do you have left over salmon in the freezer? What about leftover rice from yesterday? Here’s a recipe that you can do that takes less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
Salmon Fillets-2 Cups Chopped Into Cubes
Fresh Kale- 1 Bunch
Minute Rice- 1 Cup (Use the type of rice of your choice)
Salt-1 Tablespoon
Lime Juice- 2 Tablespoons
Olive Oil- 3 Tablespoons
Brown Sugar-1 Cup
Unsalted Butter- 1 Stick
Cinnamon- 1Tablespoon
Blackened Seasoning -To Your Taste

Glaze:
Unsalted Butter- 1/2 Stick
Brown Sugar-1/2 Cup
Cinnamon-1 Tablespoon
This glaze is so delicious it makes me say, umm-umm-umph! You can thank me later. :0)
