Ingredients for cinnamon cake For the cake: 700 g bananas (4 bananas, weight without peel 430-450 g ) 8 medium eggs 260 g fine oat flakes* 16 g baking powder 10 g cinnamon 50 g raisins
Cinnamon layer: 200 g of applesauce 10 g of cinnamon

How to Make a Cinnamon cake Soak 40 g dates in the hot water for 10-15 minutes. Mix dry ingredients: 260 g fine oat flakes, 50 g raisins, 10 g cinnamon, 16 g baking powder. Peel 700 g large bananas (4 bananas, weight without peel 430-450 g ) and blend them in a blender or mash with a fork. Beat 8 medium eggs. Mix mashed bananas and mixed eggs. Combine the dry and liquid ingredients. Pour into baking form (I am using 26 cm diameter). and bake at 180 C / 355 F for 40-50 minutes. Preparation of cinnamon layer: Add 10 g of cinnamon into 200 g of applesauce and mix. Preparation of the topping: Drain the water from 40 g of dates and chop them finely. Mix chopped dates, 30 oat milk and 200 g cream cheese. Form the cake: take cinnamon cake out of the oven and cut it in half, spread the apple cinnamon mix on both parts. Spread the topping on the cake and side parts. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of the cake and use a spoon to spread it evenly. Tips *I would recommend using fine, quick-cooking oat flakes for this recipe. However, if you only have large oat flakes that need to be cooked, you can still use them. Before using them, simply blend them briefly in a blender to create a smaller texture. They don’t need to be ground into oat flour.
Cinnamon cake – incredibly delicious.
