Hey Everyone!!!

This week I take you with me as I meal-prep and feed my family! I like having food that is nutrient dense and ready to eat in the fridge, and I also like it when I have something ready to make in the freezer for those busy days when cooking just isn’t in the cards!

I have gathered the recipes here. I hope that you enjoy!

Coleslaw: The coleslaw is part of a pork sandwich recipe that I customize.

Pickled Onions: These go great on anything in my opinion

Cilantro Lime Chicken:

Loaded Potato Soup: This is good if you leave the heavy cream out of it as well. We like to add a bit of plain greek yogurt on top like sour cream. It was a winner!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins: These were okay. I don’t think that I baked them long enough, it was hard to tell with the silicone muffin cups. I think those can be useful, but I don’t think I would use them again for banana muffins.

Bread Sticks: This isn’t the exact recipe that I use, but it’s nearly identical. It is far better that what I managed to produce, the dough needed a bit longer to rise.

Containers: I have also found the smaller ones in a 4 or 5 pack at Costco!
