Ingredients –
Chana – 200g
Boiled -Potato -2
Onion -1
Chopped – Ginger -Garlic -1-tbs
Lime juice -1-tbs
Red chilli flakes -1-tbs
Black pepper -½-tbs
Coriander seeds -Cumin seeds -1- tbs
mustard oil -1-tbs
Chopped -Tomato -1-cup
Chopped – Carrot -1-cup
Fresh thai acacia leaves – 1- cup
Black salt – Pinch
Chaat masala -1-tbs
Salt as per taste
