1/2 oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup mango pulp
1/2 banana
1cup milk

recipes –
* soak tha chia seeds and oats in the milk for atleast 2-3 hours or overnight for best results

* Add soak oats,banana, mango pulp and milk in a blender blend until the mixture is smooth.

*pour in the glass smooth past with soaked chia seeds .add mango cubes. Again pour smooth past and garnish with with mongo cubes and dryfruit.

* keep it in the fridge and serve after 2 hours .
