Recipe.
Take a pan add 3 tbsp oil add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds add 1/2 tsp nigella seeds add 1/2 tsp carrom seeds add 1/2 tsp cumin powder add 1/2 tsp corriander powder and roast for 30 seconds then add 1 Onion chopped and cook for 1 minute on medium to low flame then add 1/2 cup capsicum and cook for 1 minute then add 1 tomato chopped add 1 green pepper chopped add 1/2 tsp salt add 1 tsp chilli flakes add some turmeric powder and cook for for 1 minute then add 1 tsp dry mango powder add some parsely and mint leaves theniw well and dish out the filling.
Now take a pan add 1/2 cup AP flour add 3/4 cup rice flour add 1/2 tsp salt add 2 cups of water and make a smooth better then rest it for 10 minutes.
Now take a pan brush some oil add some batter and spread evenly then add some veg filling then fold the dosa then cover it and cook for 1 minute on a low flame then serve.
