Biscoff Cheesecake Overnight Oats Recipe- Healthy low calorie, high protein breakfast idea
Recipe:
Oat layer:
-40g oats
-20g vanilla protein – I use macromike – use my code amb-eliyaeats
-1/2 tbs / 10g sweetener
-dash of cinnamon
-100-130ml almond milk (add more or less if needed- make sure the almond milk sits right on top of your oats & it’s properly mixed so it becomes thick overnight)
Mix your ingredients together and place in your bowl
Biscoff cheesecake layer:
– 10g biscoff
– 10g light cream cheese
-10g yogurt
Soften the biscoff & cream cheese choc for about 10 secs in the microwave
Add your yogurt and mix well till a nice thick ganache forms
Layer your oats & refrigerate overnight
The next day top with 1/2 a crushed biscoff biscuit & enjoy ✨
