Ragi DosaI Recipe:
Ragi – 1 Cup
Rice Flour – ½ Cup
Rava – ½ Cup
Water – 1 Litre
Onion (finely chopped) – 1 no
Curry Leaves (shredded) – 1 Sprig
Salt – ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli (finely chopped) – 2 nos
Oil – 1 tsp (per dosa)
Cooking Instructions:
1. To make the batter, add the ragi, rice flour and rava to a bowl.
2. Add water and whisk till a smooth thin batter forms.
3. Add the onions, curry leaves, green chillies, salt, coriander and mix well
4. Heat a tawa, pour over the batter, add oil and cook it on a medium flame till crispy.
5. Flip it and cook it for a minute. Transfer it to a plate and serve it hot with chutney
