A Lot of people ask about what I eat and how I stay healthy. To be honest I think it’s almost impossible to be truly healthy and as fit as you should be on this job. Maybe its easier to keep it up for a year of 2 but you slowly slide in to exhaustion from trying to do everything. which is why I have some easy recipes I use however if I am so busy at the weekend that I don’t get chance to make something or get to the supermarket I don’t beat myself up about it. time with friends and family or just getting that job done that has been hanging over your head for months is a massive boost to your mental health and is just as important as eating healthy or exercising. I’m always trying to get a good balance of all of these. if you struggle sometimes its important to realise that this is a tough job that require a lot of sacrifice and if your trying your best that is good enough
