Today my recipe is Easy fried chicken bun recipe | Chicken bread recipe healthy without oven.

This is very tasty evening snacks.If you make the dough in morning then this recipe requires very short time to make.Every ingredients is available at home.Please follow every step i have shown here.
If your dough is too tight then add water as required, dont add excess water.Make a smmooth dough.

Ingredients:
Flour 1.5 cup+ 2 tbsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Yeast 1.5 tsp
oil 3 tbsp
Egg 1
Lukewarm milk 1/3 cup
oil 1 tbsp
Onion 1/3 cup
Green chili
Minced Chicken (Keema) 100gm
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
Chili powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Process:
1.Take a bowl.Add flour,yeast ,sugar,salt and oil.Mix.Add Milk.
2.Knead for 10-15 minute.Make a soft dough.Cover it till sized in double.
3.Take a pan, add oil and onion.Mix.Add green chili .
4.Add other spices one by one.
5.Add water and cook it for 10 minute.when it is done,Keep it aside.
6.When dough is sized in double,knead for 2 minute.Divide it 6.7 pieces .
7.Give the pieces ball shape.In a wooden suface take a dough piece and give it a round shape.
8.Add chicken filling in the middle and take the edges into the centre.
9.Make it a bun shape
10.Take a pan , pour adequate oil to fry goldenn brown and fry.
