THE MOST EPIC Salad That You Won’t Get Tired Of | Super Easy Detox Salad Recipe | Weight Loss

Detoxification, also known as detox, is the process of removing toxins and other harmful substances from the body. These toxins can come from the food we eat, the air we breathe, and the products we use. Detoxifying the body is important because it helps to improve overall health and prevent a range of health problems.

Let’s look at a few reasons why detoxifying the body is important:

Let’s explore a simple Detox salad that will help detoxify your body, support your liver function and aids in proper elimination of toxins from your body.

Recipe of the detox salad

1 cup broccoli florets which should be blanched for 2 to 3 minutes
½ cup chopped beetroot
1 cup blanched chopped purple cabbage
1 cup blanched spinach finely chopped
1 cup chopped fresh coriander leaves

And a handful of chopped almonds

You will also need 1 to 2 tablespoons of Carrot-Ginger Dressing for this salad.

To prepare the dressing take:

1 large carrot, peeled and roughly-chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh ginger
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon toasted sesame

And Kosher salt or ordinary table salt and black pepper powder, as preferred.

Blend all these ingredients for the dressing, except sesame seeds, to a smooth paste.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you want some extra sweetness, you may add more honey.

And now let’s come to the salad assembly.

Mix all the salad ingredients and dressing together in a large bowl.

Sprinkle some toasted sesame seeds.

It’s best to eat this fresh and colourful salad immediately.
