SCRAMBLED TOFU !
Who says there aren’t many vegetarian options for a protein rich breakfast. Worry not, try this Tofu dish. It contains approx. 17gm protein combined with 2 slices of bread.
Here is the recipe :-
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 tsp garlic
1 tbsp flour
150 ml milk
Salt
Pepper
Grated cheese- 2-3 tbsp
Turmeric powder
200 g tofu – crumbled and dried
Toast to serve
