I could eat this everyday! Shrimp & Mango Spring Salad! Healthy and delicious recipe! This salad recipe has to be one of my favorite spring/summer meals! It is so light and zesty! The lemon dressing ties all of the ingredients together beautifully! The mango goes absolutely perfectly with cabbage and shrimp! I can’t wait for you guys to try and make it! Ingredients for the Lemon dressing:
►3 tbsp olive oil
►1/2 cup lemon juice
►3 tsp ground ginger
►2 tbsp honey
►1/2 tsp sea salt
►1 tsp minced garlic
►1/2 tsp turmeric

Ingredients for the Shrimp Mango salad:
►9 ounces of shredded jicama
►2 cups shredded cabbage
►1/2 cup minced cilantro
►1 large mango sliced
►2 cups shrimp
►1 tbsp lime juice
►1 tsp minced garlic
►1 tbsp Trader Joe’s citrusy garlic seasoning
►1 dash of garlic salt to taste

Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 5 Minutes
