This Healthy and filling salad is good by itself or over lettuce.This classic vegan tuna salad keeps well overnight when refrigerated in an airtight container. This dish can be served as an appetizer or as a main dish along with pita bread or as a filling for sandwiches. If you prefer to have your salad more meaty add 2 cans(6 oz can ) of Tuna.

Apple cider Vinegar – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 1/2 lemon
