Lemon juice
Oil for roasting

Tempering

Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Jeera/ cumin – 1/2 tsp
Urad dal – 1tsp
Chana dal – 1tsp
Green chilli – 1 chopped
Ginger – 1tsp chopped
Onion – 1 medium, chopped
Green capsicum – 1/4tbsp
Tomato – 1 small chopped
Carrot – 1 medium, grated
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Pinch of salt
