How to make this Avocado Salad – Avocado Basil Mint Salad in Lime Pistachio Dressing
This serving is for 2
1. Cut 1 Avocado insto small pcs
2. Zest of one lemon – (Organic)
3. Juice of 1/2 Lime
4. 1/2 cup or organic basil cut into small pcs
5. 2 stalk of green onion cut into small pcs – or half of red onion
6. 1/4 cup of mint cut into small pcs
7. 1/4 cup of arugula or little more
8. 1 tea spoon of iodized sea salt
9. 4 table spoon of extra virgin olive oil – high quality
Mix everything very well
10. Serve with 2 tbls spoons of pistachios
it is perfect for lunch time – but you can also have it for dinner
💚NOTE-If you don’ have green onions use red onion
