No flour, no sugar! Bread with nuts and dried fruit. Quick and delicious!

Ingredients:
▪️ 1 1/2 cups ground oats
▪️ 2 eggs
▪️ 3-5 tbsp erithritol or other sweetner (to taste)
▪️ 3 mashed ripe bananas
▪️ 100 g melted butter
▪️ 1 tsp baking powder
▪️ 3/4 tsp baking soda
▪️ 1 tsp cinnamon
▪️ 1 cup mix of dried fruits and chopped nuts ( I use raisins and cranberries and walnuts )

Baking tin 20 cm x 10 cm (approximately)
Bake 180°C – 50 minutes

Method:
1. Mix all Ingredients well.
2. Pour the mixture into a baking tin lined with baking paper.
3. Bake 180°C – 50 minutes.
