A simple, easy, and healthy radish curry.
Ingredients:
Radish – 1 medium size
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green Chilies – 2
Curry leaves – 2 springs
Chopped coriander leaves – 1/2 cup
For seasoning:
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Channa dal – 1 tsp
Asafetida – 1 pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Add oil of 1 tbsp into a pan.
2. Add all seasoning ingredients and fry till the mustard seeds splatter.
3. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and curry leaves into the pan and stir fry.
4. Add chopped tomatoes and stir till soft.
5. Add chopped radish, turmeric powder, and stir.
6. Add salt for taste and stir. Then close the pan with a lid.
7. Cook until radish becomes soft.
8. Add chopped coriander and stir.
9. Healthy and delicious radish is ready.
10. Serve with roti or rice.
