Hey everyone! In today’s video I am sharing with you an easy meal prep to make healthy meal ideas all week long!
Chia Pudding
1 can coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp chia seeds
Chicken
2 large organic chickenbreasts
1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
Bake 400F for 30 minutes
Roasted veggies
1 zucchini
3 crowns broccoli
1 tbsp avocado oil
trader joes mushroom umami seasoning
400F for 25 minutes
Kale and Arugula
1 bunch kale
2 cups arugula
1 tbsp avocado oil
garlic powder
Saute about 4-5 minutes until wilted down.
Medium boiled eggs
4 eggs
bring water to boil, turn to low, add the eggs, boil 7 minutes for medium boiled. add to cold water bath to stop cooking and for easier shell removal
Energy Bites
1/4 cup nut butter
2 tbsp ground flax
1 tbsp hemphearts
roll into BITES, easy! you can add superfoods if you wish!
