Welcome back to another what I eat in a day! I hope you guys enjoy watching as a show you how I fuel my body as a swimmer to ensure I’m feeling energised for my training sessions! I used to think food was the enemy BUT I’ve now learnt that FOOD IS FUEL! Food is literally the energy that allows us to become fitter, faster and stronger! Don’t be afraid to fuel yourself!!!!
As always my what I eat in a day videos are for meal inspo ONLY! Please don’t compare what you eat to me or anyone else…we are also so different and therefore need different foods/amounts to feel our best! This is also just one day of eating, everyday changes based on how I feel!!
