LASGNA BOWLS
2 pounds of ground beef
2-24 ounce jars of marinara sauce
1/4 a cup of Parmesan
Half a cup of plain Greek yogurt
Half a cup of mozzarella cheese
1 pound of penne pasta
cook the ground beef and season with italitan seasoning. add in marinara sauce to the skillet. begin boiling the pasta in a separate pot (drain when done). add the cooked pasta in the skillet with the meat sauce, stir in the parmesan yogurt and mozzarella cheese and enjoy.

BEEF & BROCCOLI BOWLS
Two bags of frozen broccoli
2 cups of cooked jasmine rice
One jar of teriyaki sauce
One sirloin steak cooked in cut or you can use beef cubes
cook your steak on a skillet and season with salt and pepper according to your liking. cook the broccoli in the microwave and your rice (however you like). combine in a skillet with teriyaki sauce and enjoy

ENCHILADA BOWLS
2 pounds of ground beef
Taco seasoning
2 cups of instant rice, or regular rice (3 tbs boullion powder)
One jar of red enchilada sauce
Shredded cheese
Pico de gallo
Green sauce
refried beans
cook the ground beef in the skillet until done. season with taco seasoning. cook your rice separately and season with boullion powder while boiling. add in enchilada sauce to meat and stir. layer your bowl: rice, meat, beans, pico, cheese, sauce and enjoy!
