ingredients:
brocolli
cherry tomatoes
beans
carrot
lettuce
cucumbers
(you can add boiled chicken / corn/ asparagus/ bell pepper/ mushroom ) whatever u like according to ur preference.

Procedure:

•Boil water in a pan and add all the raw veggies except lettuce/ tomatoes / cucumbers)
•Take a pan add 1 tab spoon olive oil add garlic chopped and allow it to turn brown.

• Then add the boil veggies ,pinch of salt andchilly flaxes and saute it for 2 minutes .

•In a plate add the lettuce/ tomatoes / cucumbers and then the saute veggies ..
sprinkle some pepper powder , roasted seasame seeds and little honey mustard sauce from the top.

Enjoy it with smoothie / juice / a piece of roasted chicken..
