Spicy Vada Pav Sandwich Two of Mumbai’s greatest loves (foods) come together in this fire fusion recipe

Recipe:

Aloo masala ingredients:

-1 TBSP oil

-1/2 TSP Mustard Seeds

-8 to 10 Curry leaves -5 to 6 Cloves Of Garlic

-1/2 Inch Ginger

-2 Green Chillies -Salt To Taste

-Pinch Of Turmeric

-2 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes -1 TBSP Coriander

– 1 TSP Lemon Juice

Garlic Chutney Recipe:

-In a pan, add 1 TBSP Oil, add 20 garlic cloves and saute for 40 seconds on low flame

-Add 2 TBSP White Sesame Seeds and saute for another 15 seconds

Switch off the heat, Add 1/2 Cup desiccated coconut, 1 TBSP Red Chilli Powder and Salt to taste. Mix well

-Once the mixture has cool down, grind in to form a coarse chutney

Sandwich Process:

Cook the Aloo masala in a pan with the ingredients mentioned above

-Apply Butter and Chutney on bread slices, place aloo masala, garlic chutney and 1 Cheese slice

-Cook on a tawa until golden brown and crisp from both sides

-Enjoy Warm
