Oats and Beetroot both are rich in fiber, iron and lots of minerals, So the combination of this both the ingredients makes the child super healthy and strong.

Healthy Oats and Beetroot Sandwich
3 Potatoes, boiled and peeled
Mash the potatoes
1/2 cup Beetroot, grated
1/2 cup Carrot, grated
5 Black olives
1/2 tsp Green chilli, chopped
1 tsp Dry mango powder
1 tbsp Cumin powder
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Mint leaves
2 tbsp Coriander, chopped
1 tsp Red chilli powder
Mix all the ingredients well
1 cup Oats powder / flour
1/2 Lemon juice
Mix again to form dough
Apply water on palms , take small portion and make it into cutlet
Take multigrain bread
Cut into roundels
1 tbsp Olive oil
Place the cutlet and cook on both the sides till crisp
Remove on an absorbent paper
1 tsp Butter
Place the bread and cook till crisp
Place the bread
Apply Mrs Foodrite Tomato Ketchup
Place the cutlet
Spread some Mrs Foodrite Mayonnaise
Cover with another bread
Serve hot
