Ingredients:
1/2 white cabbage
1/4 lettuce
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 red onion
1 cucumber
1 spring onion
1 garlic clove
75 grams of Parmesan cheese
handful of basil
handful of raspberries
handful of cashews
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 buffalo mozzarella
pepper
