In addition to being a great breakfast food, besan chilla is the perfect recipe for an impromptu brunch or even an late-night snack.
👉Rich in complex carbohydrates and with a low glycemic index, besan is good for diabetics too.

👉INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR BESAN CHILLA-
Bell peppers-2
Besan-1/2 cup
Carrot(grated)-1 tbsp
Tomato (finely Chopped)-1 tbsp
Boiled potato (finely Chopped)-1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander-1 tbsp
Green chilli as per taste
Ginger(grated) -1/2 tspn
Salt as per taste
Baking soda-1/4 tspn
Ajwain-1 tspn
👉Water required as per thick & smooth paste
👉Mix all the ingredients together (except bellpepers)& chilla paste is ready.
👉Cut & Place the bell peppers on a hot pan as shown in the video,
👉Keep the flame on medium heat.
👉And fill the paste inside the bellpepers.
👉Let it cook well & let it roast well
👉Then flip over the chilla,and cook on medium flame & the base turns golden brown .
