Preparation Time : 20-25 minutes
Serves : 5-6 peoples

Ingredients:
– Cooking Oil : 500 ml
– Cumin : 1/2 tsp
– Asafoetida : 2-3 pinch
– Green Chilies : 2-3 nos. (finely chopped)
– Onion : 1 no. (finely chopped)
– Tomato : 1 no. (finely chopped)
– Red Chili : 1/4 tsp or to taste ( (finely crushed or powder)
– Cumin Powder : 1/4 tsp
– Chaat Masala : 1/4 tsp
– Potato : 200 gm (boiled, peeled and finely grated)
– Salt : 1 tsp
– Coriander Leaves : 2 Handful (finely chopped)
– Wheat Flour : 1 cup
– Black Pepper Powder : 1/4 tsp
– Chili Flakes : 1/4 tsp or to taste
– Water : 80-90 ml approx
– White Bread Slice : 6 nos. or as required
– Green Chutney (Sauce) : 1 tbsp for each slice (Coriander leaves sauce)
