KOLLU CHUTNEY is our kongu traditional recipe. From kids to adult like to eat this chutney with white rice. Good to treat cold.
INGREDIENTS
1 handfull of Horsegram dhal / kollu paruppu (washed)
2&1/2 cup of water
1 Tomato (sliced)
2 Brinjal (sliced)
3/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
3 Tsp Oil
1 big Onion (sliced)
2 inch Ginger
1 string Curry leaves
10 Garlic
2 small strips of Turmeric
1 Tsp Jeera seeds
1 Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tsp Coriander Seeds
3 Red Chilli
Serve with white rice.
