Masoor Dal
It is one of the easiest dal to digest. Has a host of nutrients like Vit A, potassium, Vit B , folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and protein.
Ingredients
3 onions
5 tomatoes
6 green chillies
2/3 teaspoons grated ginger
2 small bowls soaked masoor dal
1 teaspoon jeera
2 teaspoon jeera powder
2 teaspoon red chillie powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of hing
