This amazing cabbage pie is a great way to eat cabbage in your diet. It is a simple and delicious cabbage dish, healthy, versatile and very filling and makes a great breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.
Ingredients: –
1 Medium Sized Cabbage
4 Tablespoons Mild Olive Oil
¼ White Sweet Onion
3 Large Eggs
85g Self – Raising Flour
3 Pieces left over chicken Fillets.
½ Teaspoon Onion Granules
½ Teaspoon Garlic Granules
½ Teaspoon Paprika Powder
A Pinch of Salt
A Pinch of Black Pepper
A Handful of Mozzarella Grated Cheese
