Here is a LOW CALORIE Healthy Smoothie Recipe!
If you want to make your own here is the recipe:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1-2 tablespoons greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
140g frozen fruit.
Blend until you reach your desired consistency and ENJOY!
