Dear Friends, Welcome to my channel GREEN SOCH. In this video , I am going to share recipe of Mexican special healthy fast food i.e. Home made Vegetarian Quinoa Burrito Bowl recipe. The healthy & flavorful.Chipotle bowl is a famous mexican special food.
Quinoa is nutritional power house. I have already told all about quinoa and quinoa recipes in my earlier videos.
Main ingredients home made burrito bowl:
1. Coriander lemon rice
2. Coriander lemon quinoa
3. Spicy red beans
4. Fajita veggies
5. Tomato corn salsa
Toppings: Guacamole and sour cream
1. Coriander lemon rice:
Ingredients:
1 cup boiled long grain rice
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black paper
Salt to taste
Coriander lemon rice is the real star of the vegetarian quinoa burrito bowl.
2. Coriander lemon quinoa
Ingredients same as in Coriander lemon rice except quinoa is used in place of rice.
Coriander lemon quinoa is the base of our vegetarian quinoa burrito bowl.
Making this burrito bowl meat free using plant based protein superfood quinoa. Quinoa is an excellent source of protein and fibre.
3. Spicy red beans:
Ingredients 1 cup boiled canned red beans
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black paper
Salt to taste
4. Fajita veggies:
Ingredients-
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup thin slices of red & yellow bell pepper
1 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tsp oregano
Salt to taste
Fajita veggies is full of fibre and nutrients so load as much as you like in vegetarian quinoa burrito bowl.

5. Tomato corn salsa:
Ingredients-
1 cup boiled corn
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black paper
Salt to taste
Tomato corn salsa with bright zesty FLAVOR is ready. Mild but healthy & delicious in vegetarian quinoa burrito bowl.
Toppings: guacamole
Ingredients
1 cup sliced avocado
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped tomato
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black paper
Salt to taste
Flavorful guacamole with heart healthy fats and fibre is ready for vegetarian quinoa burrito bowl.

Toppings sour cream
Ingredients 1 cup hung curd
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp black paper
Salt to taste
tasty sour cream for vegetarian quinoa burrito bowl is ready.
Finally assemble everything together with the toppings.
A healthy fast food.
