INGREDIENTS (serves 1) 👩🏻‍🍳
Chia layer
➡️ 3 tbsp chia seeds
➡️ 120ml milk
➡️ 1/2 tsp maple syrup
Yoghurt layer
➡️ greek yoghurt
➡️ white chocolate chips
➡️ raspberries

Method
1. Mix together the chia seeds, milk and maple syrup. Leave for a few hours in the fridge or overnight
2. Once ready to serve, top with yoghurt, raspberries and white chocolate chips
