This bean medley salad is beyond delicious. HEALTHY, easy to make and affordable.
High in protien and low in carbohydrates. Perfect for after workout meal. Perfect for lunch. Can be a vegetarian just omit the feta cheese (kesong puti). Try it and let me know in the comment below.
Salad ingredients:
Bean medley in a can (use according to your desired amount)
carrot
avocado (dark skin avocado is much better) the avocado in the video is evergreen, is watery than the dark skin one so your preference.
tomato, (cucumber can be added)
mango
parsley
feta cheese (omit if vegetarian)
hemp optional (nuts can added)
sultana and golden raisins
onion
dressing (refer to the link on how to make the dressing) make sure you put enough salt in it.
