Delicious and Healthy Soya Chunks Kababs: A guilt-free treat for weight loss!😍🫶🏼

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
2 cup Soya Chunks
Hot water
Salt, to taste
1 cup onions, finely chopped
1 cup carrots, finely chopped
1 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp lemon juice
4-5 tbsp roasted besan (gram flour)

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐫𝐞:
👩🏼‍🍳Start by soaking the Soya Chunks in hot water for about 15-20 minutes. This will soften them & make them easier to work with.
👩🏼‍🍳After soaking, drain the excess water & squeeze the Soya Chunks to remove any remaining water.
👩🏼‍🍳Transfer the soaked & squeezed Soya Chunks to a mixer jar or food processor. Grind them until you get a coarse texture.
👩🏼‍🍳In a mixing bowl, add the ground Soya Chunks, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chopped onions, chopped carrots, coriander leaves, roasted besan, & lemon juice.
👩🏼‍🍳Mix all the ingredients well until everything is combined evenly.
👩🏼‍🍳Take a small portion of the mixture & shape it into a tikki or kabab shape.
👩🏼‍🍳If using an air fryer, preheat it to 200°C. Place the kababs in the air fryer basket & cook for 15-20 minutes until they are golden brown & crispy. Alternatively, you can cook the kababs on a tawa over medium heat. Cook them for about 8-10 minutes on each side until they are cooked through & crispy.
👩🏼‍🍳Once the kababs are cooked, remove them from the air fryer or tawa &serve hot.
👩🏼‍🍳You can enjoy these healthy Soya Kababs as a snack or as a side dish with a salad or in sandwich.

Note: Adjust the spices according to your taste preferences. You can also add other herbs, spices & vegetables if desired.
