INGREEDIENTS 👩🏻‍🍳 (makes 1)
➡️ 1/2 apple
➡️ 50g (~1/3 cup) oats
➡️ 75ml (~1/3 cup) yoghurt
➡️ 75ml (~1/3 cup) milk of choice
➡️ handful of sultanas
➡️ 1tbsp chia seeds
➡️ 1tbsp shredded coconut
➡️ drizzle of honey

Method
1. Put all listed ingredients into a bowl / dish and mix together until combined
2. Store in the fridge overnight and then add your toppings. I topped mine with sultanas, apple, raspberries and honey 🍯 you can add any nuts / seeds / fruits you like
