ingredients:
20 g chia seeds
200 ml coconut milk (or any other milk)
1 tsp sweetener (I used stevia)
Toppings: 150 g protein peach yoghurt and 1/2 banana
1. Mix the all of the ingredients for the chia pudding in a bowl
2. Let the pudding sit for at least 6 hours
3. Add toppings and enjoy đ
