Air Fryer Vegetable Samosa Recipes:
Dough:
Maida – 1½ Cups
Salt – ½ tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Water – 1 Cup
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp

Filling:
Oil – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – ½ tsp
Onion (chopped) – 2 nos
Green Chilli (chopped) – 2 nos
Carrot (chopped) – 2 nos
Beans (chopped) – 5 nos
Capsicum (chopped) – 1 no
Red Chilli Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ÂĽ tsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese – ½ Cup

Instructions:
1. To prepare the dough, in a mixing bowl add the maida, salt, sugar, cumin seeds and oil.
2. Mix till the mixture becomes crumbly
3. Add water and mix well till a dough is formed
4. Knead well till the dough is smooth and soft
5. Apply oil and rest it for 10 minutes
6. Heat a pan, add oil
7. Add cumin and green chilli and let it crackle
8. Add the onions and saute till it is translucent
9. Add the vegetables and saute on a high flame
10. Add the masala powders and cook till the raw aroma is gone
11. Add salt and water and mix well.
12. Cook till the mixture is dry
13. Take it off the flame and cool it down
14. Divide the dough, roll it into a thin sheet, trim off the edges and cut it into 3 even sized triangles
15. Fold it and shape it link a cone, add the vegetable filling and cheese
16. Apply water on the loose end and fold it and seal the corners
17. Apply oil in the airfryer pan and place the samosas on it
18. Brush oil on the samosas
19. Air fry it at 200 degrees for 18-20 minutes
20. Serve it hot along with a dip.
